When: November 12-15 11:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m
What to bring: 1. Driver's License/ID card
2. Proof of address (2 if ID is incorrect)
3. Proof of guardianship if applicable
DHS printout is always good!

When: November 20-22 11:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m
What to bring: Same as above
Clark County
Where: First Baptist Church, 363 N Washington, Kahoka
When: Monday & Tuesday November 24 & 25, Saturday November 29 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
